Bottas owns up to 'costly mistake' in FP1 in Miami

Alfa's Valtteri Bottas says he only has himself to blame for the "costly mistake" in FP1 that ruled him out of the second practice session in Miami. Bottas had put just 13 laps on the board in first practice when he was caught out by the track's tricky and long Turn 7 and hit the outside wall. Unfortunately, the damage sustained to the Alfa Romeo C42's rear end, including to an engine element, was too great for the Swiss outfit's crews to repair in time for FP2.
