Binotto: "We are seeking clarification with the FIA"

Ferrari made a strategic blunder during the Monaco Grand Prix, which cost Charles Leclerc a victory in his home streets. Team boss Mattia Binotto vows to investigate the mistakes and also wants to seek some clarification with the FIA.  Leclerc misses out Leclerc pitted on lap 22 for dry tyres. The double-stack placed him behind his teammate immediately and then the Red Bull drivers produced an over-cut to get ahead.
