'Time to run up the hill, dear Jacky'
©Instagram It's Goodwood Festival of Speed weekend, when engines and machines of all sorts, and drivers past and persent invade the beautiful grounds of Goodwood House and run up the hill in fury in a summer celebration of motorsport. This year's theme, ‘The innovators – masterminds of motorsport’ celebrates perhaps motorsport's most powerful denominator: innovation! And this includes the drivers who pushed the sport to the next level, like Sir Jackie Stewart whose tireless efforts to improve safety in Formula 1 during his active years as a Grand Prix driver reverberating through the racing world as a whole.
