Ricciardo makes statement over his future at McLaren

Ricciardo's future at the team has been the subject of intense speculation in recent weeks, following comments from McLaren team boss Zak Brown that the partnership "had not met expectations". In response, Ricciardo said he took Brown's words as "roundabout way of a compliment" and made a return to the points-paying positions last time out at the Austrian Grand Prix.
