Lando Norris ‘very likely’ to replace Lewis Hamilton at Mercedes
Sir Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes together dominated the turbo-hybrid era of Formula 1, often making the pinnacle of motorsport frustratingly predictable. But, with the seven-time world champion approaching 40 and potentially lacking the appetite for an intra-team fight with George Russell, the Silver Arrows may well need to find a replacement in the next couple of years. Hamilton’s current contract with Mercedes runs until the end of 2023, but it is nevertheless possible that the Briton could walk away at the end of this season.
