Nyck de Vries criticises his former friends after F1 switch

2023 rookie Nyck de Vries has revealed how some former friends of his tried to reignite a relationship with him following his switch from Formula E to Formula 1, following an incredible debut at Monza. De Vries has been linked to the F1 paddock ever since he won the Formula 2 World Championship in 2019, with the 27-year-old having become a Mercedes reserve driver. Whilst supporting the Brackley-based team, he also raced for Mercedes-EQ in Formula E, where he became the sport's first World Champion in 2021. Despite a poor attempt at retaining his title in 2022, De Vries continued to make free practice appearances for Mercedes and customer teams of the Germans, most notably, Williams. READ:...
