'Ferrari abandons Imola upgrades due to severe weather'

Ferrari will not bring updates to the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix this weekend after all. The area is currently ravaged by floods and a lot of rain is also forecast for the weekend. Due to this extreme weather, Ferrari is postponing the upgrades reports Motorsport.com. Article continues under ad Ferrari reportedly planned to bring a new rear suspension to Imola. The Scuderia is lagging far behind leader Red Bull Racing especially in the race and is therefore trying to make quick improvements to the SF-23, but the severe weather seems to put a stop to that.
