F2 qualifying results | Vesti takes pole with Martins P2
Frederik Vesti took pole position for the Formula 2 main race, with Victor Martin joining the Mercedes junior on the front row. Qualifying was chaotic with a total of three red flags. Article continues under ad Chaos in Group A Qualifying for the first group was chaotic. Arthur Leclerc put his car hard into the wall at the last corner, causing the first red flag of the session. Just before the end, Jehan Daruvala also put his car into the wall, resulting in another red flag. Richard Verschoor seemed fast on the streets of Monaco and went purple through the first sector before Daruvala's crash.
