Explained: The F1 sprint rule change made for Austrian GP 

The FIA has made a change to the F1 sprint regulations ahead of the Austrian Grand Prix.  F1’s experimental sprint weekend format is getting its second outing of the season at the Red Bull this weekend.  Will McLaren's HUGE upgrades turn their F1 season around?
