Palou management responds to McLaren IndyCar controversy

The Spaniard has apparently reneged on a contract to race for Arrow McLaren next year despite the team having already paid a portion of his 2024 earnings. McLaren CEO Zak Brown expressed his frustration at the situation, highlighting they had invested a significant amount of time preparing him to join the team. Palou had run multiple F1 tests with the team as part of their 'Testing of Previous Cars' programme, which saw him test a MCL35M at multiple circuits in 2022.
