Vasseur and Wolff summoned over press conference conduct

Ferrari and Mercedes F1 team bosses Fred Vasseur and Toto Wolff have been summoned over their conduct during a press conference at the Las Vegas Grand Prix.  Vasseur and Wolff each launched passionate rants about the farcical start to the Vegas weekend that saw a loose drain cover cause serious damage to Carlos Sainz’s car and heavily disrupt Thursday’s practice schedule.  They have now been summoned to attend a hearing with the FIA stewards at 1pm UK time on Thursday in the Yas Marina paddock ahead of this weekend’s season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.  It is understood the summons relates to swearing.  “The Stewards of the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix, having received a...
