Villeneuve unleashes on Ricciardo: ‘Why is he still in F1?’

08/06/2024 at 10:3808/06/2024 at 10:54 F1 world champion Jacques Villeneuve fired off a scathing criticism of Daniel Ricciardo, contesting the Aussie’s merits and his continued presence on the grid. In a conversation with Sky F1 in the Montreal paddock on Friday, Villeneuve took aim at Ricciardo, whose results so far this season with Visa Cash App RB have left the Canadian, and many others, thoroughly unimpressed.
