OFFICIAL: Russell disqualified from Belgian GP and Hamilton takes win

George Russell has been disqualified from the Belgian Grand Prix. After the fuel sample was taken from the Mercedes car, it was found to be underweight. This means that Russell is taken out of the result and loses his victory at Spa-Francorchamps. This means that Lewis Hamilton wins the Belgian Grand Prix, with Oscar Piastri promoted to second. This gives Charles Leclerc a place on the podium.
