Stewards announce verdict on Ferrari after incident with Leclerc in FP3

Ferrari has been fined 5,000 for an incident in FP3. The stewards announced this decision ahead of qualifying. The Italian team failed to follow the instructions when changing the pressure on Charles Leclerc's car's tyres.
