Horner criticises 'overly ambitious decisions' by director in Brazil

Everything that could happen did happen at this year's Sao Paulo Grand Prix. The red flag was eventually waved for Franco Colapinto's crash, but Red Bull team principal Christian Horner believes that he was suprised the Grand Prix was not stopped earlier because of the weather.
