FIA makes final rule change for the Monaco Grand Prix

A huge rule change for the Monaco Grand Prix in Monte Carlo has finally come through, as it has now been revealed on the first test day of winter testing for the new Formula 1 season. There will be more mandatory pit stops for drivers during the race on the Mediterranean coast, with these rules now having been introduced by the FIA to create more excitement during the race.
