Leclerc takes ‘full responsibility’ for botched Q3 qualifying plan

31/05/2025 at 17:5231/05/2025 at 18:03 Charles Leclerc was left to reflect on what might have been after his strategic decision to run a single flying lap in Q3 backfired during qualifying for the Spanish Grand Prix, relegating the Ferrari driver to a disappointing seventh on the grid. The Monegasque opted to go against the grain during the top-10 shootout, choosing to run only once while most of his rivals completed two qualifying attempts on fresh soft tyres. The result?
