Brawn to be ousted as Mercedes team principal?

Ross Brawn has been rumoured that he could be given the boot as team principal of Mercedes after the latest developments in the German Formula 1 team. In a recent reorganisation, Toto Wolff was announced as a Mercedes shareholder along with the team’s non-executive chairman Niki Lauda. Brawn was named as a part of the management along with the Austrian duo. But Eddie Jordan, who ran his own team in F1 and is currently a pundit with BBC, believed that McLaren’s technical director Paddy Lowe would be roped in at Mercedes in a senior role while Wolff was planned to become team principal.
