Webber: Red Bull have proved continuity is king

– Former Red Bull Racing F1 driver Mark Webber has said a ‘steady long-term vision’ is one of the key reasons the Milton Keynes-based outfit has enjoyed so much success in recent years. His comments were made in an exclusive blog on sport social network, Sportlobster, and came as he criticised Premier League football owners for not giving managers enough time to do their job. “In my opinion Red Bull have proved that continuity is king. The policy at Red Bull is to have very little turnover of staff and drivers. Constant reshuffling in F1 is probably even more damaging than football as it’s so inefficient and expensive,” wrote the Aussie, who will embark on a new challenge...
