Marussia delays 2014 car debut
Marussia F1 Team
Marussia's 2014 car will not run on the first day of testing at Jerez.
The team's brand new MR-03 encountered last minute technical issues as it was being prepared to depart the team's factory in Banbury.
The Marussia team is set up and ready for the car, ahead of the first day of 2014 testing on Tuesday.
Marussia is hopeful that the car can be transported to the circuit as quickly as possible.
Jules Bianchi and Max Chilton have been retained for their second season in the sport while the team has switched to Ferrari power after four years with Cosworth.
Marussia's delay means that nine teams will debut their 2014 cars on Tuesday.
