Vergne speaks out about Toro Rosso's major problems
Getty Images Enlarge Jean-Eric Vergne says there is no disguising Toro Rosso's "major problems" after the second pre-season test came to an end in Bahrain on Saturday. After a slow start to testing in Jerez, Toro Rosso completed more laps this week but still came up against car-stopping problems over the four days. On the final day of the test Vergne only managed 19 laps due to an issue with the car's Renault power unit. "There's no point in making negative comments, because everyone knows we are facing major problems and we are not alone in that," he said.
