Renault: The start has been generally encouraging

Renault F1 Sport – engine suppliers to Red Bull, Lotus, Toro Rosso and Caterham – report from day one of the Australian Grand Prix weekend, Round 1 of the 2014 Formula 1 World Championship, at Albert Park in Melbourne.
Key practice points: Today was the first day of Australian Grand Prix practice for the Renault Energy F1-2014 V6 Turbo Power Units
Renault-powered cars completed 260 laps (over 1,300km) over two 90 minute sessions
Infiniti Red Bull Racing set top 10 fastest times in both sessions and completed race distance
Scuderia Toro Rosso completed most running of any team in FP1, with top 10 times
