Bahrain GP: Practice notes - Pirelli
Pirelli motorsport director Paul Hembery summarised 10 key tyre points for 2014 between the two free practice sessions at the Bahrain Grand Prix, where the P Zero White medium and P Zero Yellow soft tyres have been nominated.More energy goes into the tyres from slidingPirelli changed all the slick tyre compounds and profiles this year to take into account increased wheelspin and lack of downforce. Paul Hembery: 'The cars are sliding around more and that has a big effect on the tyre.
