Could F1 see two US teams in 2016?
With U.S. based Haas F1 set to make their Formula 1 debut in 2016, a second American team might be joining them in on the grid. Rumours abound that race promoter Tavo Hellmund (pictured), along with financier James Carney, are in the market to purchase a current Formula 1 outfit. They intend to do so before the start of the 2016 season, according to motorsport.com. Although nothing has yet been confirmed, Hellmund and Carney are possibly looking to buyout Manor, who themselves were saved from administration by Stephen Fitzpatrick, an Irish businessman.
