Charlie Whiting certain closed cockpits will be introduced

Charlie Whiting, FIA's technical director is also certain closed cockpits will be introduced in the near future, in open wheel-sinle seater racing cars following several tragic accidents over the past few years, which have cost drivers their life. The need of closed cockpits has been triggered after the death of IndyCar and ex-F1 driver Justin Wilson, when debris hit his head which caused serious head injuries, eventually loosing his life. This hasn't been the only serious head injury in F1, recently lost, Jules Bianchi also suffered head injuries at the Japanese Grand Prix last October, when he hit a tractor, sending him into a coma, eventually leading to death.
