Reprimands for Wehrlein, Ericsson & Haryanto
Austrian Grand Prix – Both Manor drivers Pascal Wehrlein & Rio Haryanto, as well as Sauber's Marcus Ericsson, have all been given reprimands for indiscretions during opening practice at the Red Bull Ring. All three were given reprimands for separate incidents during the ninety minute practice session. Manor's Pascal Wehrlein was given his for failing to stay above the minimum time required under the Virtual Safety Car. The VSC was deployed to cover the recovery of Red Bull's Max Verstappen, but Wehrlein was judged to have driven too fast.
