Hamilton tops FP1 timesheets ahead of Rosberg
Lewis Hamilton topped the first practice session of the weekend at the Hungaroring, two tenths of a second ahead of team-mate Nico Rosberg as the Mercedes AMG PETRONAS duo dominated. With a number of drivers testing the circuit's run off areas due mainly to a new track surface, Hamilton finished the session with a time of 1:21.347 on the Supersoft compound, with Rosberg closely behind also on the Supersoft compound for Mercedes. Sebastian Vettel finished the session in third for Scuderia Ferrari ahead of team-mate Kimi Raikkonen by only 0.091 seconds.
