Rosberg beats Hamilton to Monza victory

Mercedes AMG Petronas Nico Rosberg capitalised on a disastrous start for team-mate Lewis Hamilton to take a comfortable win at the Italian Grand Prix and slash his team-mate's championship lead to just two points. Rosberg charged into the lead as Hamilton suffered a poor getaway and fell to sixth, and he ultimately went unchallenged en route to a second consecutive victory. Hamilton was able to dispatch Daniel Ricciardo and Valtteri Bottas to climb into fourth place, and Mercedes' one-stop strategy allowed him to take second. The Briton looked capable of ruffling his team-mate's feathers midway through the race, but an untimely mistake into Turn 1 extinquished his already minor victory...
