Russell wants Formula 1 to be like Moto GP
George Russell says he hopes the planned 2021 regulation changes will make Formula 1 as 'exciting' as Moto GP. Liberty Media are looking to overhaul the sport in 2021, and while progress has been very slow, there are hopes that 'guidelines' will at least be in place by the end of June deadline. From a racing perspective, Liberty hope to make it easier for cars to follow each other, promoting overtaking, and plan to introduce a budget cap to generate a more competitive field.
