Correa's condition has ‘improved slightly'

Formula 2 racer Juan Manuel Correa remains in an induced coma, but his family have reported slight improvements in his condition. Correa was left with serious injuries after the F2 horror-crash in Belgium which claimed the life of Anthoine Hubert. Correa suffered leg fractures and a spinal injury and was transferred to an intensive care unit in London, but upon his arrival he was diagnosed with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome and placed in an induced coma in the Intensive Care Unit. His parents have released a statement confirming that 'key vital indicators have improved slightly while others have deteriorated very little' and they remain hopeful that their son will recover.
