Monaco announces date for 2021 grand prix

The Monaco Grand Prix will make its Formula 1 return on 20-23 May, 2021, the Automobile Club de Monaco announced on Tuesday. Scratched from the 2020 calendar due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ACM has become the first track to announce it will be featured in the 2021 F1 season as part of a hectic month of motorsport in the principality. Starting with the Historic Grand Prix on 23-25 April, Monaco will see three races across five weeks, with Formula E following on May 8 before F1 brings proceedings to a close.
