Norris was helping to look after his mechanics
Lando Norris decided to lend a hand stripping down the McLaren car in Hungary as he knows how tough the schedule is on his team. An image of Norris with screwdriver in hand was very warmly received by the wider Formula 1 community as he and indeed everyone involved in the sport start to recover from three gruelling back-to-back-to-back race weekends. The British driver has now explained why he decided to roll his sleeves up and get stuck in.
