Renault lodges third protest against Racing Point's RP20

Another race, another protest for Renault which has lodged its third complaint of the 2020 season against midfield rival Racing Point. The French team has targeted Racing Point's RP20 and more specifically the latter's brake ducts in order for the FIA to rule once and for all on the legality of the Mercedes-copied car. Renault filed a protest with the stewards after the Styrian and Hungarian Grands Prix and did so again after Sunday's British Grand Prix, although it only singled out Lance Stroll's car as Nico Hulkenberg did not start the race following a power unit issue.
