Ferrari, McLaren and Renault intend to appeal Racing Point penalty

Three Formula 1 teams have confirmed their intention to appeal Racing Point's penalty after the team were found to have copied Mercedes' brake duct design. Ferrari, McLaren and Renault have notified the FIA about their intention to appeal, which they had 24 hours to do so from the date of the verdict, which was delivered on Friday morning. They now have 96 hours to submit their appeals to the FIA’s International Court of Appeal.
