Horner summoned by stewards over alleged ISC breach
Red Bull team boss Christian Horner has been summoned to the stewards post-race at Formula 1’s Qatar Grand Prix. Horner has been accused of breaching Article 12.2.1 f) and 12.2.1 k) of the FIA’s International Sporting Code.
